Refund policy

WisFox offers a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Refunds for Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage
Electronic products are delicate. If your order arrives with any manufacturer defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and video evidence for verification. Once confirmed, we will process a full refund or a free replacement for you. Please keep all original packaging for inspection purposes. For specific products, WisFox may offer a 24-month after-sales service (replacement or full refund) if any issues arise.

2. Return Conditions for Non-Quality Related Issues
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to product quality, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse. The item must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition, with all accessories and manuals intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Important Note on Electronics:

  • Once a product has been opened, used, or installed, it cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Products with missing accessories, USB receivers, or original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or return rejection.
  • For items that contain batteries, the return must comply with applicable shipping regulations for battery-containing products.
  • Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@wisfoxstore.com. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Packaging Documentation (Required for Electronics):

  • Original Packaging Photos: Before packing your return item, please take at least one photo of the product inside its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Outer Packaging Photos: Please take at least one photo of the outer shipping packaging, ensuring all sides are clearly visible.

2. Please choose a shipping carrier and bear the shipping cost. Please ensure the product is properly packaged according to instructions to prevent damage during transit. Once the item has been shipped, please notify us via email.

3. WisFox will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the credit to your account.

Exchanges and refunds are subject to product availability.

4. Replacements Without Return
If parts (e.g., USB receiver, battery cover, or cable) are damaged during shipping or missing from your package, you may email support@wisfoxstore.com with photos/videos and your order number to request a free replacement part.

5. Returns Due to Change of Mind or No Longer Needed
Products may be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unopened, in its original factory-sealed packaging, with all accessories intact.
  • Please do not use a P.O. Box as the shipping address. Provide a detailed physical address, as most carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to a deduction for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost from our warehouse to your address is non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours or once the order has been shipped.
  • Please note, cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 25% handling fee.

8. Important Notice
Please inspect your goods within 30 days of receipt. For electronic products, we recommend testing the device promptly upon arrival. If you discover any damage or defects, please contact us immediately at support@wisfoxstore.com with photos.
